In second grade, I told my teacher I wanted to be an architect. I had no idea how many twists and pivots that path would take or how each one would prepare me to do the work I now love most: guiding others through change, not with fear, but with purpose and presence.

I’ve always been drawn to people who’ve lived big, beautiful mash-up lives scientists turned coaches, doctors turned designers. People who stepped off the expected path to live more fully aligned. Their stories gave me permission to shape my own. I began as a licensed architect, then became an exhibit designer, a strategist, a yoga teacher, and a certified breathwork facilitator. Each role brought new tools and, more importantly, new insight into how we navigate uncertainty and growth.

My own turning point came in the middle of motherhood, a recession, and the quiet realization that the old ways of working and living no longer fit. I began gathering tools mindfulness, movement, the Enneagram, positive psychology and slowly rebuilt not just my business, but my life. That journey became Prasada, the company I founded in 2009 to share what I had learned with others ready to live and lead more consciously.

In 2024, I co-founded The Infinite Center to go deeper to offer retreats and programs that help people reconnect with themselves, their purpose, and their next chapter. This work is both deeply personal and endlessly expansive. I know what it means to hold a lot, to care for others, to ask big questions, and to long for time to listen for the answers. That’s what we make space for here.

Outside of work, I’m a lover of the woods, poetry, and bringing people together in ways that matter. And I believe deeply that when we gather in groups we catalyze the care and presence that will change the world.
