1:1 Centerline Breath Journey Session
A private, deep-dive breathwork journey session for professionals ready to reconnect with their body, their breath, and the clarity that lives below the noise.
What it is
The Centerline Breathwork Journey is a 1:1 online or in-person NeuroDynamic Breathwork session designed to help you bypass the noise and connect to your breath, your body, and your deeper knowing.
Whether you’re navigating a decision, a transition, or just need space to listen inward, this is a contained, supported, high-impact experience.
Clarity and change happen when there’s space. These sessions are structured to create it.
Who this is for:
- You want a deeper breathwork experience, designed and personalized for your unique needs
- You process best with space and at your own pace
- You’re carrying a lot and want to set it down, at least for a moment

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this “guided” breathwork?
The approach is non-directive. After a directed preparation and intention setting, you’ll allow your own process to lead. The facilitator maintains the container, music, and timing, and steps in only if needed.
Will you coach me during the breathing?
No. There is no in-the-moment coaching or interpretation. Coaching and meaning-making can occur before the music-led breathwork experience, during the reflection and initial integration that follow the music segment, or in a separate session.
What if strong emotion or imagery arises?
This work is about trusting your process and your ability to handle whatever your inner wisdom is ready to show you. That said, you are in control and can slow down or pause through the power of your own breath. The facilitator is present with you during the entire session to provide support.
Do I need special equipment?
A mat or comfortable place to sit or lay down, a blanket, pillows, and good audio. Zoom through a laptop with quality headphones is best, but this can also be done through a mobile phone.
Is this suitable for beginners?
Yes. The setup is thorough, and the format respects your pace.
