Whether you’re navigating a decision, a transition, or just need space to listen inward, this is a contained, supported, high-impact experience.

What to expect from our Centerline Breath Journey Session?

Each Centerline Breath Journey Session is approximately 2 hours and includes:

Preparation (~20 minutes): Clarify your intention, review logistics, and get oriented.


Breathwork (~70 minutes): Body scan meditation, NeuroDynamic Breathwork format, non-directive with curated music and subtle facilitation.


Integration (~20 minutes): Brief reflection, and the option to share your own experience with the group.

  • Insight into a decision or life pattern
  • A calm you haven’t felt in a while
  • Clarity about the next step from your inner wisdom

  • Live over Zoom with camera on or off
  • Private comfort of your own home

Optional: 20-minute follow-up integration call within 72 hours


Coaching add-on Session: In a later 1:1 coaching session, use the Centerline Insight Method to translate the experience into decisions and habits.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Is this “guided” breathwork?

    The approach is non-directive. After a directed preparation and intention setting, you’ll allow your own process to lead. The facilitator maintains the container, music, and timing, and steps in only if needed.

  • What if strong emotion or imagery arises?

    This work is about trusting your process and your ability to handle whatever your inner wisdom is ready to show you. That said, you are in control and can slow down or pause through the power of your own breath. The facilitator is present with you during the entire session to provide support. 


  • Do I need special equipment?

    A mat or comfortable place to sit or lay down, a blanket, pillows, and good audio. Zoom through a laptop with quality headphones is best, but this can also be done through a mobile phone.


  • Is this suitable for beginners?

    Yes. The setup is thorough, and the format respects your pace.You’ll find more details in our Centerline Breath Journey Preparation Guide


  • What if I’m not comfortable in a group?

    That’s completely okay. While many people find that breathing in community adds support and shared energy, deep work can happen just as powerfully in a private setting.


    We offer 1:1 Centerline Breath Journeys for those who prefer a more personal space, whether online or in person when available. These sessions are fully tailored to your pace and comfort level.


Safety and scope

You can adjust the pace of breathing sessions or pause at any time. We screen for common contraindications to intense breathing, for example, recent cardiovascular events, uncontrolled hypertension, seizure disorders, late pregnancy, or acute psychiatric crises. While we provide group facilitation—not medical or psychotherapy services—we can offer referrals if additional care is needed.
